How custom orders work

From your camera roll to the laser bed

  1. Upload your imagesAdd photos, logos, or artwork to the custom order form, up to five images.
  2. We prep the burnWe review every file, clean it up for laser contrast, and confirm the layout with you.
  3. Pay securelyCheckout runs through Stripe and takes cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
  4. Engraved & shippedWe burn the piece, seal it, and ship it from Ontario.

With the Pyrolex Series complete as our trial run, a new brand line is on the way: media production, a podcast, and engineering projects that take the workshop further into the public eye.
